I will pay with my HMO that is accredited by MyHealth for online consultation.
- Check if your HMO provider is part of the list of Partners Accredited for MyHealth Clinic’s Online Consultation service.
- Get a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from your HMO provider for MyHealth’s Online Consultation service. The process to obtain the LOA is dependent on your HMO provider.
- Confirm with your HMO provider if they will be the one to send the LOA to our Telemedicine team.
- If you (the patient) will be the one to send the LOA to our Telemedicine team, please email it to telemedicine@myhealth.ph. Please specify your preferred date and time.
- Wait for our Telemedicine team to contact you via text, call, or email. They will follow up with a text/email confirmation which contains (1) the final schedule, (2) the Zoom link and credentials, (3) the link to MyHealth’s Data Privacy Agreement and Terms & Condition for the Online Consultation.
- Take note of your confirmed schedule and download the Zoom application on your device before the appointment.
- When you enter the Zoom link of your appointment, you will be queued in line. Once you are inside the Zoom room with the doctor, you may have your consultation.
- After consultation, our Telemedicine team will email the medicine prescription and/or doctor referrals, if needed.
