The COVID-19 HomeCare Packages allow you to:

  • Get COVID-19 RT-PCR test and/or pertinent laboratory tests safely at home
  • Have close monitoring and professional guidance from a MyHealth Primary Care Physician 
  • Get a HomeCare Kit and Virtual Guide for self-monitoring at home

There are three different packages available so choose the right one for you. More details about the packages and the FAQs are available in the DESCRIPTION TAB below.

DISCLAIMER / NOTES:

  • ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE NCR PLUS BUBBLE (For nearby provinces ex. Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal addional charges may apply)
  • Home service visit for Family Bundles (for 2-5 members) are conducted in one household address and are scheduled on same day for all members.

HOW TO AVAIL:

  1. Choose the package below and how many people in your household will be availing. 
  2. Click “Buy Now” and proceed to checkout. You can pay with your debit/credit card or PayPal account in the PayPal portal. 
  3. After confirmation of your payment, wait for the MyHealth HomeCare team to contact you via email or call for scheduling and further instructions. 

All sales are FINAL unless proven to have a valid reason. For example, the service you bought can’t be rendered by MyHealth Clinic at the time of appointment. You can choose other products available at MyHealth Clinic’s website if you wish to not proceed with the item you purchased.

  • Those who want to confirm if they are infected with COVID-19 and want the necessary assessment and baseline diagnosis
  • Those in the workforce who are considered as high risk and need regular monitoring
  • Those who need it as travel requirement
  • Home service RT-PCR test
  • Home service COVID-19 Laboratory Panel (Complete Blood Count w/ Platelet, Lactate Dehydrogenase, SGOT/SGPT,  Sodium, Potassium, Serum Ferritin, Procalcitonin, D-Dimer, Urinalysis)
  • Online Consultation (once results are available)
  • HomeCare Kit and Virtual Guide for self-monitoring

PACKAGE C

  • Those determined as close contact and were advised for home quarantine
  • COVID-19 positive individuals who are advised for home quarantine
  • Home service COVID-19 Laboratory Panel (Complete Blood Count w/ Platelet, Lactate Dehydrogenase, SGOT/SGPT,  Sodium, Potassium, Serum Ferritin, Procalcitonin, D-Dimer, Urinalysis)
  • Daily Online Consultation during the recommended period of home quarantine and/or isolation (14 days for close contacts and 10 days for confirmed cases of COVID 19. If the patient still experiences  symptoms beyond 10 days, an extension of up to 3 days from the last day of symptoms shall be given)
  • HomeCare Kit and Virtual Guide for self-monitoring
  • Medical Certificate (after finishing home quarantine) 

PACKAGE D

  • Those determined as close contact and were advised for home quarantine
  • COVID-19 positive individuals who are advised for home quarantine
    • HomeCare Kit and Virtual Guide for self-monitoring
    • 7 to 14 days daily Online Consultation during the recommended period of home quarantine and/or isolation
    • Medical Certificate (after finishing home quarantine)

We also want to ensure that those who are required to do home quarantine and/or isolation is well-guided and monitored until full recovery is achieved.

PACKAGE A OR B: Intended for individuals who would want to know if they are currently infected with COVID-19. These packages are also a fit for those who are in the high risk working group as well as those who needs the test for travel requirements. 

PACKAGE C: Recommended for individuals who were found positive for COVID-19 or considered as a close contact and are recommended to complete home quarantine and/or isolation.

 

MyHealth’s COVID-19 packages are available at our website. You may visit www.myhealth.ph/product/covid-homecare and select the package you wish to avail. 

These packages are also available at a lower rate if it is availed for the whole household. In this case you may choose the correct family bundle according to the number of household members.

Upon checkout, payment may be settled through debit/credit card or PayPal via the PayPal portal.

After successfully paying for the package, our HomeCare team will get in touch with you for scheduling and other details. 

MyHealth’s COVID-19 Home Care Packages are currently available for the NCR Plus Bubble: Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal.

The COVID-19 Laboratory Panel includes the following tests:

  • Complete Blood Count w/ Platelet
  • Lactate Dehydrogenase
  • SGOT/ SGPT
  • Sodium
  • Potassium
  • Serum Ferritin
  • Procalcitonin
  • D-Dimer
  • Urinalysis

Additional HomeCare services are considered a separate transaction. To avail other HomeCare services, please email homecare@myhealth.ph 

If more than one person in the same household would like to avail the same package, they can choose the Family Bundle packages (up to 5 people only). This is so that the added fee for transportation won’t need to add up since the home service visit will all be conducted on the same day at the same address. 

The Online Consultations included in our COVID-19 Home Care Packages shall be conducted by highly trained, licensed Primary Care physicians.

For COVID-19 HomeCare Package C: Yes, the Primary Care Physician shall conduct a final assessment on the last day of quarantine and shall provide a medical certificate which will also certify completion of the advised quarantine and/or isolation period.

For COVID-19 HomeCare Package A and B: Only the official result of the RT-PCR test will be provided. Those that are advised to do home quarantine or isolation and/or received positive RT-PCR results may opt to buy the Package C to have guided monitoring during home quarantine and a final assessment granting a medical certificate to certify completion.

These packages are currently not covered by any of our HMO or Insurance partners.

The rate of package is already discounted; thus, Senior Citizen or PWD discount is no longer applicable.

No. These packages are not PhilHealth compensable. 

Refund policy

MyHealth Clinic aims to gain patients’ trust and be the top of the mind clinic when it comes to health and well-being. 

  1. It’s less than 24 hours since you bought a service you may request a refund via info@myhealth.ph.
  2.  Refund of products due to a change of mind is not allowed. 
  3. For approved refunds, the refund will be made 3 working days from approval.
  4. Our customer care representatives will keep you updated regarding the status of your refund and shall inform you once the payment is returned.
